Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled, and how refunds are handled.

Cancellation Window

Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Contact support with your order number as soon as possible so we can check dispatch status in real time.

Eligible cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment mode as per provider timelines.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in additional verification for future purchases.
